Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickStreak, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt or harm the Service
• Not create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (habit logs, profile information). By using QuickStreak, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the Service.

Groups and Social Features

When you join a group, your display name, habit completion status, and weekly scores are visible to other group members. You are responsible for the groups you create and join.

AI Coaching

QuickStreak's Coach feature uses AI to analyze your habit patterns and provide personalized guidance. Coaching messages are for motivational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical, fitness, or nutritional advice.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

QuickStreak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickStreak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
